FCC Allenwood Fire Alarm System LSCI and Training Center

The purpose of this work is to Upgrade the Fire Alarm Network Command Centers, the Fire Alarm Panel Hardware and provide Optional Input Device Replacement to the LSCI/ Training Center at Federal Correctional Complex, Allenwood, PA. The work would be to replace 13 fire alarm panel PMl-1 main boards with PMl-3 boards. Upgrade all fire alarm panel sub-card firmware to latest versions allowable. Upgrades to the Network Command Center NCC) computers can only be completed after this phase of upgrading. Contractor would then replace the two (2) existing Siemens Network Command Center NCC) computers located in the Control Center within the LSCI Administration Building, and Communication shop. Both NCC computers need to be replaced with the latest operating system known as OMS or Danger Management System, setup and programmed this will provide us to be in compliance with Windows 10, FBOP software requirements. Contractor would then replace the fire alarm input devices in Building #1/Outside Admin) with the newest generation of '"Replacing these devices provides FCC Allenwood with adequate stock for future upgrades. The existing devices are becoming obsolete and making it hard to find compatible devices, the upgrade would prevent this. The Upgrade would also provide the control center to be able to receive notice should there be an issue at our Training Center, the existing system does not send reports to the LSCI Control Center. All equipment needs to be UL listed and/ or approved by the agency. The contractor shall provide the Contracting Officer Representative (CCR) a complete hardcopy printout of the system programming including schematics and ladder logic diagram, along with DVD disk copies of the program. DVD disks shall include all manufacturers' software necessary to perform maintenance and adds. The contractor shall provide operation/maintenance manuals for each piece of equipment/system installed. One copy of any required licensed software and associated manuals shall also be supplied to the institution. Acceptance testing will be required upon completion of this upgrade, Contractor will provide at least one technician to assist Allenwood 's staff with this testing. All quotes should adhere to the requirements set forth in the attached Statement of Work, titled "PROJECT 22Z2AC2 - Upgrade Fire Alarm LSCI/TC" See attached Statement of Work for additional information.
