The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of identifying a company to furnish and install window blast film, Kane security screens, and manbars at a warehouse located in Kent, Washington per the requirements listed in the Statement of Work (SOW) for the FBI Seattle Division. This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is set aside for total small business and will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

Amended on May 22nd, 2024 to add security specifications and Section K documentation per page 25 of the RFQ.

Background
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of identifying a company to furnish and install window blast film, Kane security screens, and manbars at a warehouse located in Kent, Washington per the requirements listed in the Statement of Work (SOW) for the FBI Seattle Division. This requirement is set aside for total small business and will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

Work Details
1.0 Background: This is a new warehouse space that the FBI recently acquired through GSA and needs some security upgrades to meet the FBI security division security requirements. This includes blast film, Kane screen on all the store front windows and doors, and manbars on all skylights in the warehouse space.
2.0 Scope: The scope of work involved is as followed:
1) Furnish and install Blast Film for all windows
2) Furnish and install Kane Security Screen on various windows and doors
3) Furnish and install Manbars on skylights with steel frames and round bars.
Products design and details should be submitted for review by the FBI Seattle Field Office before proceeding.

Period of Performance
June 1st, 2024 to August 31st, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work is being done at the FBI Warehouse located at 7058 South 188th Street, Kent, Washington 98032.
