Background
The solicitation is for FBI Fingerprinting Channeler Services. The Peace Corps is seeking a contractor to provide fingerprinting services, administrative support, and project management. The contractor must comply with all applicable government regulations, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the contractor must ensure that their employees present a professional appearance and conduct themselves professionally at all times.

Work Details
The tasks to be completed under the contract include providing a Project Manager responsible for compliance, legal requirements, and overall business objectives; a Certified Live Scan Technician responsible for conducting fingerprinting; and Administrative Support responsible for conducting administrative functions such as drafting SOPs, Monthly Reports, and Final Reports.
The contractor is also required to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for auditing purposes, a Quality Control Plan (QCP), Meeting Minutes, Monthly Reports, and a Final Report. Additionally, the contractor must provide an Incident Response Plan and a Service Delivery Summary. The contractor is also required to comply with Section 508 Accessibility Standards and provide an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) from a completed Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT®).
