Facilities Support Services

The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA), on behalf of the Security Assistance Management Directorate, issues Request for Proposal (RFP) W31P4Q-15-R-0167, to lease a facility and for warehouse management services located in El Paso, TX.
This acquisition will use FAR 6.3, Other Than Full and Open Competition and FAR 6.302-5(b)(4), Authorized or Required Statute. The acquisition is restricted to Section (8)a of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(A)), 8(a) set-aside, sole source. the estimated period of performance will be one year, 29 Mar 2016 through 28 Mar 2017.
The contractor shall use the performance work statement (PWS) with the contract in performance of the contract. The Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLS), PWS, and solicitation are attached.
This solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be issued electronically IAW FAR 4.502, Policy, and FAR 5.102, Availability of Solicitations. As a result, hard copies will not be be provided. It is, therefore; incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access http://fedbizopps.gov in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain amendments and/or failure to respond prior to the date and time set for receipt of bids/proposals may render your bid/proposal nonresponsive resulting in the rejection of the same.
