FAA Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP)-HR Systems Support Services and Enterprise Architecture Support

Background
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Office of the Assistant Administrator of Human Resources (AHR), is responsible for maintaining and optimizing its workforce's skills, knowledge, and abilities. The FAA has a requirement for enhancing and modernizing the FAA's existing HR Systems Support Services and Enterprise Architecture Support.

Work Details
The work outlined in this SOW is for support for the existing SAP SuccessFactors environment as well as the possible expansion of its use for the DOT. The Contractor must have an SAP Edge Silver Partner certification or higher. The Contractor must provide services under this SOW to assist the FAA in the following core services:
Task 1: Task Order Management,
Task 2: eLMS/DOT Learns Support,
Task 3: ATO Tech Ops Support,
Task 4: Blackboard Support,
Task 5: PMAS Support,
Task 6: HCM Support,
Task 7: Future Module Implementations, and
Task 8: System Migrations.
