Background
Amendment 2 for the Request For Proposal (RFP) is the official Notice to all Offerors for the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) Information Analysis Center Multiple Award Contract (IAC MAC). This amendment #2 is a result of responses to questions from industry on the original RFP. The Past Performance volume is due within 30 days of the original RFP posting (2 November 2017) and all other proposal volumes are due within 45 days from the original RFP posting (17 November 2017). The 241 questions from industry and the Governments responses are attached to this posting.

Work Details
The purpose of this Amendment is to revise the solicitation, and supporting documents, as reflected below: Corrections, deletions, updates & changes have been made in various sections including Section C, Section I, Section J, Section L, and Section M. Changes include corrections to paragraphs, additions of specific words or phrases, updates to attachments for Sample Task Orders and IAC MAC Cost/Price Tables, and addition of evaluation criteria. The revised RFP is embedded in Amendment 2 along with updated Section J attachments for Sample Task Orders and IAC MAC Cost/Price Tables for all three Pools. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
