F Series Engines (F101/F110/F118) Performance Based Supply Chain Management Support Follow-On   4

Background
This solicitation is for award of an engine specific subsumable contract, for holistic performance-based support of the F101, F110, and F118 General Electric (GE) Aircraft Engines. This subsumable contract will be for a multiple year, Requirements-Type contract, and is anticipated to be Firm-Fixed Price with one (1) five-year base period and (1) five-year option period for a total potential contract duration of ten (10) years. Current support of this requirement is performed under the F Series COI (SPE4AX-15-D-9412) with General Electric and expires May 31, 2023.

Work Details
This letter solicitation is issued for the purpose of acquiring material and services including, but not limited to material forecasting, acquisition and re-supply, storage and distribution/issuance to support the increased availability of the F Series Engines. The Statement of Work (SOW) for the F Series Engines support requirement is included as Enclosure 1 of this letter.

Period of Performance
The solicitation is for a base period of 5 years (60 months) with a potential option period of 5 years (60 months). The total period of performance shall not exceed ten (10) years (120 months).
