Description

Provide labor and materials to clean exterior window glass at the Philip BurtonFederal Building and Courthouse. The building has a window washing rig foruse.2 Windows should be clean, streak free and no cloudy residue.3 The contractor shall be responsible to wipe down window frames.4 All work shall be performed during normal business hours, Mon-Fri 6:00 am to 6:00 pm unless otherwise approved by the Contracting Officer.5 The Contractor shall be responsible for any roof punctures caused by tools or any other equipment.6 Work area shall be cleaned, and the trash shall be removed at the end of each workday.7 The contractor shall place signage at ground level warning workers above to prevent pedestrians from walking underneath the window washers.
