For purposes of clarification, though the form on which Amendment No. 6 was presented had a box checked indicating that the due date was being extended by way of Amendment No. 6, this was a holdover on the form from previous amendments. THE DUE DATE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS IS NOT EXTENDED. Proposals are due at the Smithsonian Institution Office of Contracting, at the address provided in the RFP, by no later than 3PM on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2014.
NOTE THAT OFFERORS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF ALL 6 AMENDMENTS TO THE RFP. THIS CAN BE DONE EITHER BY SIGNING AND RETURNING A COPY OF EACH AMENDMENT, OR BY STATING ON THE TECHNICAL PROPOSAL COVER SHEET ,OR ELSEWHERE IN THE PROPOSAL, WHERE APPROPRIATE, THAT THEY ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF ALL 6 AMENDMENTS TO THE RFP.
