EOD Training Conex

Background
The 60th Contracting Squadron at Travis Air Force Base intends to establish a Firm Fixed Price contract for EOD Training Conex for the 60 Civil Engineering Squadron. The solicitation is a Combo Synopsis/Solicitation with the set-aside for Total Small Business. The contractor shall provide the product found in the following table, which contains the description of requirements for the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN) items to be acquired and the date and place of the period of performance and acceptance point.

Work Details
The contractor shall prefabricate, transport, and install three 40-foot intermodal shipping containers at the demolition proficiency range to simulate an urban environment for realistic training and to have an easily repairable structure to conduct explosive operations. The containers shall be placed on the EOD proficiency range in the shape of an L. Two of the containers shall be stacked to create a two-story structure, and the third container shall be attached perpendicular to the aforementioned structure. All specifications of the containers are listed including doors, stairs, windows, exterior railings, walkable rooftop, and interior layouts.

Period of Performance
Requirement is expected to be delivered and installed 90 days after receipt of order.
