EOD Audio Visual Upgrade and Instillation, Peterson Space Force Base, CO

Background
The 21st Civil Engineering Squadron located on Peterson SVB, Bldg 625, room 123, requires an Audio Visual (AV) upgrade in order to expand training capabilities and to present a clearer High-Definition (HD) Image. This will include the install of Government Provided Equipment (GPE), see list in Section II of the PWS.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation and labor necessary for complete installation, programming and instructions in order to replace the current AV system. The AV system must be capable of seamlessly integrating all identified and required video sources and components into a user-friendly interface that will meet or exceed all DoD standards on classified and unclassified interoperability standards. The AV equipment will be utilized in a classified area. The AV system must be capable of playing videos and accessing Power Point slides. The system must also have an all-in-one control for the AV system and projector screen accessible from the lectern. The all-in-one control shall allow end-users to transition from video sources directly with the touch screen panels and without having to adjust any cabling. The AV system will include four (4) in-ceiling speakers for the purpose of audio only. There is no requirement for a microphone or Video Teleconferencing capability. The system must fully integrate one classified Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPR) workstation, one unclassified workstation, one classified laptop and one unclassified document camera as well as control two (2) LED classification marquees. The system will include installation of confidence monitor, projector, projector screen with controls, and all necessary peripherals and cabling.

Period of Performance
The estimated Period of Performance (PoP) for this requirement is 30 days after receipt of award.
