Background
The U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force are seeking Environmental Testing Services through this contract to support operations within the NAVFAC Far East Area of Responsibility. The goal of the contract is to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards across various military bases and facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive Environmental Testing Services, which includes:

1) Implementing a Safety Management System (SMS) that involves management and employee participation, hazard prevention and control, worksite analysis, and safety training;

2) Reporting labor hours and safety incidents including fatalities, lost workdays, and no-lost workdays over a five-year period;

3) Providing a detailed explanation for any fatalities during the reporting period, including root causes and corrective actions;

4) Describing the technical approach to safety narratives;

5) Evaluating potential subcontractors for safety compliance;

6) Overseeing safety compliance of all subcontractors and employees throughout the contract duration.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a five-year period, covering multiple calendar years from January to December.

Various U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force bases and facilities throughout the NAVFAC Far East Area of Responsibility.
