Background
The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) has a requirement for unlimited, enterprise-wide, electronic access to energy and environmental news sources to support GAO staff in completing congressionally requested analyses related to the areas of energy, environmental policy, climate change, and related topics. The GAO often needs electronic access to resources that provide documentary or quantitative evidence to support its analytic findings.

Work Details
The vendor must provide unlimited, agency-wide, electronic access for 2,500 FTE employees to news sources that offer current and archival stories related to energy, environmental policy, climate change, and related topics on a national level. The required titles include Climatewire, E&E Daily, Energywire, Greenwire, and E&E News PM. The vendor must also provide technical and customer support as specified in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 09/30/2022 to 09/29/2027 with a base year and four option years.
