Electrical Utility Services in accordance with FAR Part 41 at Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Albany, GA to include the provision of the electric utility service as well as system maintenance.

Background
The Department of the Navy, specifically the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southeast (NAVFAC SE), is seeking electrical utility maintenance services at Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Albany, Georgia. The contract will be awarded under the justification and approval for use of other than full and open competition, as implemented by 6.302-1.

Work Details
The scope of the requirement is to provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, supplies, incidental work, materials, and transportation necessary to perform preventative maintenance services for 12.47kV power distribution equipment, 600V service entrance equipment, and grid generators on MCLB Albany, Georgia.
The task order will cover the entire electric utility service in accordance with Part 41.
The estimated period of performance is for a nine-month base period and four one-year option periods.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from September 26, 2023, to June 25, 2028.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Albany, Georgia.
