The Army Contracting Command- Rock Island hereby issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2); a tracking and correspondence system and to provide a managed service where the Contractor administers the application and database. The Government is seeking a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) total Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. The Awardee will be required to provide the required personnel, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to deliver an ETMS2 SaaS offering and perform the planning, installation, configuration, deployment, accreditation support, training, adoption support, and sustainment, except for those items specified as Government- furnished property and services.
