Require the a single Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Cloud-Based U.S. Army Enterprise Wide IT Software License solution that fulfills the following capabilities: Must support EFMP processes used by Army and integrate the Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) system(s) tools and capabilities required by Exceptional Family Members (EFMs), Sponsors and Medical Treatment Facility (MTF), Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG), Medical Command (MEDCOM), IMCOM G-1 Military Personnel Division (MPDs) and family support services.
