Background
The Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Information Technology Operating Systems (ITOS), and Cybersecurity Divisions are modernizing and leveraging cloud technologies to improve the delivery of OPM services while also enhancing its infrastructure capabilities. The newly restructured Enterprise Cyber, Infrastructure and Operations Support Services (ECIOSS) contract embraces OCIO’s primary objective of delivering high quality, reliable, and secure IT services that significantly enhance the ability for OPM to execute its mission. OCIO supports critical day-to-day operations and maintenance of services used by our customers routinely.
The organization is geographically dispersed across primary locations in Washington DC, Boyers, Pennsylvania, and Macon, Georgia.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of Enterprise Cyber, Infrastructure and Operations Support Services (ECIOSS) consisting of various task areas such as Program Management, Managed Services, Enterprise Operations Center, Cybersecurity Services Support, Network Operations Infrastructure, Architecture Support, Surge Support, and Travel NTE. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be five years consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
The proposal submission process involves two steps: Factor 1 - Qualification and Factor 2 - Demonstration & Factor 3 - Pricing. Offerors must submit an electronic copy of their proposals in PDF and MS Excel Formats via email before the due date.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance is anticipated to be five years consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, commencing two weeks after date of award.

The organization is geographically dispersed across primary locations in Washington DC, Boyers, Pennsylvania, and Macon, Georgia.
