Enterprise Collection Planner (ECP)   4

Background
This acquisition is aimed at obtaining sustainment and logistical support services necessary for the continued operations of the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Enterprise Collection Planner (ECP) software system.

The ECP system includes both manual and auto-routing capabilities for sensor collection planning and automatic generation of navigation points, providing near real-time actionable intelligence to the warfighter.

The contract will involve Engineering Services, Program Management Support, and Flight Test Support for software development and modernization interim contact support (ICS) for tier 3 & 4 maintenance and sustainment support. BAE Systems is identified as the only qualified vendor capable of fulfilling these requirements without causing substantial duplication or unacceptable delays.

Work Details
