EMNS - Redacted FOE

Background
The EMNS contract provides a single system to alert and warn 100% of assigned forces quickly and effectively of an emergent event with a single click activation. The EMNS increases situational awareness for Airmen and their families, regardless of their physical location, to enable protective measures when tragic events or emergencies occur. The EMNS is installed at approximately 187 AF Active Duty, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve installations, both CONUS and OCONUS, and is scalable for up to 1 million users. The current EMNS contract was competed on the NETCENTS II NetOps, Small Business IDIQ.

Work Details
The follow-on EMNS contract will require an Authority to Operate (ATO) process, to allow the solution to be deployed onto the AF Network (AFNET). This ATO process typically runs months.
An Installation/Integration period of months will be required to deploy the new system across the AF. The extension will be for up to 17 months of continued Support/Service of the EMNS, issued on a FFP basis. The total estimated value of this requirement is , with a maximum period of performance ending on 20 November 2024.
