Background
The solicitation is for providing Drapery cleaning Services for the United States Embassy Jerusalem, Embassy Branch Office Tel Aviv for Government Owned Properties located in Tel Aviv, Herzelya and Kfar Shmeryahu, Israel. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year option periods at the option of the Government. The solicitation will be issued via the SAM.GOV.

Work Details
The purpose of this firm fixed price purchase order is for drapery cleaning services in accordance with Attachment A. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with four one-year options.

The Quality Assurance and Surveillance Plan (QASP) provides a method for monitoring contractor performance. The Contractor shall provide all requested services under this solicitation, including furnishing all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel necessary to accomplish the work in this contract. The Contractor shall be required to comply with all applicable Federal and Israeli laws and regulations.

The overall price submitted by the contractor will include various tasks such as taking measurements, providing quotes within 72 hours, performing within 5 days after receipt of order, punctuality and discretion, scaffolding and necessary tools, as many interventions as necessary to complete the work, complete cleaning of the site after intervention, complete removal of all rubble, rubbish or packaging materials.

The contract will be for a base period of twelve months and four one-year option periods at the option of the Government.

The geographic locations where the contract will be performed are Tel Aviv, Herzelya and Kfar Shmeryahu in Israel.
