Elevator Maintenance at Ellsworth AFB, SD

Background
The solicitation is for the repair and maintenance of elevators at Ellsworth Air Force Base (AFB) in South Dakota. The contract requires the contractor to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts, and labor necessary to maintain, repair, and inspect the vertical transportation equipment (VTE) at Ellsworth AFB in a manner that ensures continuous and safe operation. Work Details

Additionally, there are options for elevator maintenance for subsequent years: from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024; from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025; from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026; and from October 1, 2026 to September 30th. The contract also includes reimbursable expenses for parts needed for repair in accordance with the attached PWS.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the base year of elevator maintenance is from October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023. Additionally, there are options for elevator maintenance for subsequent years: from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024; from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025; from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026; and from October 1, 2026 to September 30th.
