The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to notify offerors of site visits that are scheduled. Site visits are scheduled for:

The incumbent contractor is Elevator Industries, Inc; Contract Award # 1291S820P0101 for $23,630.00

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) The solicitation number is 127EAT24Q0034 and is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ).

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02.

(iv) This is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code is 238290 and a small business size standard of $22M.

(v) See attached solicitation for the Schedule of Items/Quantities, Units.

(vi) Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services. See Attachment A-Statement of Work.

(vii) The estimated period of performance will be from May 15, 2024 to May 14, 2025 with three option years each for 12 months.

Background

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, material, supervision, and management to perform all routine, non-routine, preventative maintenance, and emergency repair services for elevator maintenance and repair services at the USDA Forest Service, Region 5, Regional Office located at 1323 Club Drive, CA 94592. The work includes performing all periodic routine preventative maintenance checks and services, cleanliness, inspection, certifications to ensure safe and continuous operation of Regional Office Elevators.
It also involves maintaining monthly maintenance logbooks for each elevator, reprogramming emergency telephone lines in Elevator 1 and Elevator 2 within five (5) business days, providing all necessary supervision, material, tools, equipment, and labor to complete all requirements to perform work under this contract.

The estimated period of performance will be from May 15, 2024 to May 14, 2025 with three option years each for 12 months.
