EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction - Central Western Massachusetts   3

Background
The EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades project at the Edward P. Boland VA Medical Center will require the Contractor to completely prepare the Edward P. Boland VAMC buildings for operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform additions and interior renovation work for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrade. The Contractor will be responsible for all facets of construction management and construction work and the management of subcontractors to facilitate a construction project to upgrade the facility infrastructure to support the new Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) system VA OEHRM Site Infrastructure Requirements.

Work Details
The work includes general construction, alterations, site work, mechanical work, electrical work, necessary removal of existing construction, and certain other items.
The project building locations for work include but are not limited to Buildings 1, 1EA, 1WA, 1C, 2, 3, 4, 4A, 5, 6, 6A, 7, 7A, 8, 8A, 9, 11, 12, 12A, 13, 14, 16, 20, 22, 25, 26, 28, 29 Pump House and Building numbers:60 and 65.
