Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Procurement Directorate, Administration, Facilities, and Training Contracting Division, Euless, TX, intends to issue a sole source award to Steward & Associates, 9020 Forest Willow Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46234-8902 in the amount of $32,000.00 to purchase "presenting sponsorship" in the Steward Speaker Series. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
