Background
The 49th Security Forces Squadron (SFS) at Holloman Air Force Base (AFB), NM, is seeking to procure a Vehicle Control Device as part of their mission to enhance security measures.

The goal of this contract is to provide a self-powered barrier that meets specific operational requirements and standards for installation at the base.

Work Details
The contract requires the purchase and installation of an ECP Drop Arm barrier with the following specifications:
- Must span a distance of 24 feet.
- Self-powered using solar energy.
- Capable of multiple remote operations with a range exceeding 1000 feet.
- Non-permanent installation.
- Must meet ASTM standard F-2656-07 of M50-P3.
- Includes a standard manufacturing warranty of one year.

The contractor is responsible for freight to Holloman AFB, NM, and must provide two weeks' notice prior to shipping, including tracking number and point of contact information.

The contractor must ensure white glove delivery and installation, perform all necessary cleanup after work completion, and manage equipment and trash removal.

Period of Performance
Delivery and/or performance must be completed no later than 14 days after receipt of order (ARO).
