EconSys FedHR Navigator System   2

Background
The Bureau of Prisons (BOP), under the U.S. Department of Justice, requires Economic Systems Inc's dba EconSys Federal Human Resources (FedHR) to provide continued use of FedHR Navigator, including essential human resources functions, retirement counseling, annuity estimates, retirement forms, and financial education services to Bureau employees. The contract support is vital for meeting mission essential requirements, continuity of operations plan, security requirements of personally identifiable information, and improvement in human resources services.

Work Details
EconSys is required to provide continued use of FedHR Navigator for essential human resources functions, retirement counseling, annuity estimates, retirement forms, and financial education services to Bureau employees. Additionally, the contract includes access to the Federal Employees Retirement Coverage Corrections Act (FERCCA) calculator developed under an exclusive charter from the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The system must meet all Federal security criteria and comply with section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. It also provides electronic signatures on all electronic government forms and eOPF Staging. The estimated value for the base period, plus two 12-month option periods for the EconSys FedHR Navigator is not expected to exceed $718,000.

Period of Performance
The contract will cover a twelve-month base period with two 12-month option periods.
