Earned Value Management – Central Repository (EVM-CR) Sustainment & Enhancement

Background
The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate is conducting market research to identify qualified businesses, both large and small, to provide Earned Value Management – Central Repository (EVM-CR) Sustainment & Enhancement Support to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment (OUSD(A&S)). The work requires personnel to have a current Secret clearance from any agency on day one of contract performance. OUSD(A&S) will not sponsor companies for this requirement.

Work Details
The work involves establishing and operating an instance of EVM-CR, delivering a draft Vision 30 days after contract award, finalizing it ten business days after ADA feedback, and updating it annually. It also includes delivering PWS Standards, EVM-CR Product Road Map, RMF assessments, PIA/SORN and DITPR Reviews, Helpdesk SOP, Data Quality Analysis, Training and Outreach Materials and Demo Updates, Quality Control Plan, CAP/GFE Inventory, OCI/PCI Prevention Plan, Non-Disclosure Agreement. Additionally, it covers Inspection and Acceptance of Deliverables for both non-software and software deliverables, Quality Control procedures, Personnel requirements including Key Personnel with specific qualifications and experience.
