Background
The solicitation is for Maintenance, Supply and Transportation Services at Fort Campbell, KY. The U.S. Army Fort Campbell, KY (FCKY) has a requirement for logistics support services, including maintenance, supply, and transportation support. The RFP is a 100% small business set-aside and will be competed among those Offerors that hold an EAGLE Program BOA who can certify small business status under NAICS Code 561210 by the closing date of this RFP.

Work Details
The contract will result in a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (Firm Fixed Price Transition In) task order with 1, 12 month base period, to include a 60-day transition in period, 4, 1-year options, and 1, 6-month option period.
The period of performance for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through 1830 Days after NTP is identified. The Best Value source selection process will include an evaluation of the following three factors: Technical, Past Performance, and Cost/Price.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for each CLIN ranges from the Base Year (including 60 days Transition-In) to Option Year 4. Transition and Fully Operational Capability (FOC) efforts are part of a single requirement and period of performance.

The place of performance is at Fort Campbell, KY.
