Little Boulder Vault Toilet Replacement   3

Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking quotations for construction services for the Little Boulder Vault Toilet Replacement project. The BLM intends to conduct this acquisition by use of simplified acquisition procedures under Part 13. The BLM will make a single contract award to the offeror that submits the lowest price reasonable offer, representing the best value to the Government. The RFQ does not commit the Government to any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of a quote or for any other costs incurred by any firm submitting a quote in response to this solicitation.

Work Details
The project involves the replacement of a vault toilet, including mobilization, precast concrete double vault toilet installation, and removal of the existing vault toilet. The estimated performance time is 210 calendar days, with an estimated start work date of July 17, 2023.
The specifications and drawings for the project are included in Section C of the solicitation. The contract incorporates clauses related to inspection and acceptance, packaging and marking, and deliveries or performance.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from July 31, 2023, to March 2, 2024.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed in Custer County, Idaho.
