Background
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Service Area Boston Acquisition Office is seeking a qualified vendor to complete the Danbury Municipal Airport ATCT fire alarm system FAS project in Danbury, CT.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the upgrade of the fire alarm system at the Danbury Municipal Airport (DXR) Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) as per FAA Specifications - Danbury Municipal Airport (DXR) Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) DXR Fire Alarm System (FAS) Upgrade Design Handbook (DH), dated 05/27/22. The work also involves inspection and acceptance, government delay of work, holidays observed by the FAA, contract administration data, wage rate determination, insurance requirements schedule, state regulation of federal construction projects, contract clauses, federal, state, and local taxes, permits and responsibility, brand name 'or equal', solicitation clarifications from prospective offerers, and financial capability documentation.

The performance period is negotiable and must be completed within a certain number of calendar days after receiving the award notice to proceed.
