Dust Collector Services

Background
The 436th Maintenance Group (436 MGG) at Dover Air Force Base (AFB) has a requirement for annual dust collector services. The mission of the 436 MGG is to ensure the operational readiness of the Air Force's fleet, and this contract aims to maintain the performance and reliability of dust collection systems used in their operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide annual service and maintenance for two Camfil dust collectors located at Building 721. Services include:
1. Periodical lubrication, visual inspection, and filter replacements to ensure optimal performance.

2. A trained technician must inspect, evaluate, adjust, clean, balance, repair, lubricate, and replace any worn parts or mechanical equipment as required.

3. Specific parts to be replaced during the annual inspection include:
- 3 each - 6” Hopper Viewport Assemblies
- 2 each - Full door gaskets for each collector
- 1 each - 10” drum cover and 10” flex hose
- 2 each - 12” drum covers and 12” flex hose
- 14 each - Cartridge Filters (PN-325325001)
- 2 each - Pamic Filters (PN-084404000)

4. The contractor must provide technical publications, drawings, specifications, and service bulletins necessary for repairs.

5. A written report detailing the inspection findings must be submitted within 10 business days post-maintenance.

6. For unscheduled maintenance requests from the government representative, a qualified technician must respond within three business days.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025 with four additional option years available.
