Description

The purpose of this notice is to announce an approved consolidation for DARPA Technical and Analytical Support Services (TASS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task orders HR001119F0101, HR001120F0002, and HR001120F0003. The follow-on requirements will be consolidated and awarded as two (2) task orders under the DARPA TASS IDIQ contracts in 2024. The Government has not issued a solicitation for the Defense Sciences Office (DSO) Scientific, Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support Services. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in January 2024. DARPA TASS IDIQ holders will be notified via email for further information regarding their fair opportunity to propose to this requirement in accordance with FAR 16.505(b). The Government does not intend to provide any additional information for this requirement under Contract Opportunities located at https://sam.gov/. The anticipated solicitation number for this requirement is HR001124R0001.

Background

Work Details
The procurement is for support services to DSO in technical, programmatic, independent assessments and analyses, outreach, administrative, documentation, briefing, graphics, website, event assistance, financial/program control, acquisition, concept development, technical expertise, risk assessment, program/study/small business innovation research management, testing/demonstrations/transition.
The requested services are considered non-commercial in nature.
The period of performance for the anticipated contracts is one 12-month base year and four 12-month option years.
