This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Construction Alterations in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6,as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2010-07.

This acquisition is a Total 100% Small Business Set Aside. Offers shall not be accepted or evaluated from offerors who are not Small businesses in accordance with FAR 52.219-6. All responsible sources eligible under the set-aside must be registered and active in SAM.gov.

Contractor shall provide all material, supplies, and labor to perform all work in accordance to the SOO and the terms of the contract. The estimated start date is October 1, 2018.

The estimated value of this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable NAICS code is 236220.

Payment bonds are required if award is over $30,000.00. No bid bonds is required to submit a proposal.

A site visit is not required for proposal acceptance but strongly encourage. A one time site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 4:00pm CST. Contractor's wanting to request a site visit must email a request to the Contracting Officer no later than Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 3:00pm CST for security entry notification.

Responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) are due no later than 3:00 pm, CST, on Thursday, September 13, 2018. Each Offeror is required to submit an electronic version of your company's proposal. Proposals sent or received by U.S. Postal or courier mail
to the office or physical address shall not be accepted.
