The Memphis District USACE has a requirement for tie lines for the Dredge Hurley. The attached solicitation has full details. ALSO, Please NOTE this solicitation requires offerors to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) prior to responding to this solicitation. The NIST score is a responsiveness item. Bids/offers from contractors with a NIST score in SPRS will be considered responsive and evaluated/considered for award. Those without a NIST score in SPRS will be deemed NON-RESPONSIVE and thus not evaluated/considered for award. Background
The Memphis District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has a requirement for tie lines for the Dredge Hurley. The goal of this contract is to procure specific types of tie lines necessary for the operation of the dredge, ensuring compliance with quality and performance standards.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:
1. 2 Each - 1 inch x 600 feet Amsteel Blue
2. 4 Each - 1-1/4 inches x 125 feet Amsteel Blue with 3 feet River Guard Eye & 20 Feet RG past Vertex, MBL – 149,000 lbs
3. 4 Each - 1-1/8 inches x 110 feet Amsteel Blue with 3 feet River Guard, MBL – 133,000 lbs
4. 10 Each - 1-1/8 inches x 80 feet Amsteel Blue with 3 feet River Guard, MBL – 133,000 lbs
5. 1 Each - 2 inches x 1200 feet 3 Strand Nylon
6. 1 Each - 1-1/2 inches x 1200 feet 3 Strand Nylon.

All items are to be delivered FOB Destination to Shawn Rogers, Assistant Master Dredge Hurley at Ensley Engineering Yard, located at 2915 Riverport Rd, Memphis TN.

Period of Performance
The performance period will be six months from the time of purchase.
