*****DRAFT SPECIFICATIONS ARE BEING PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY*****

Final Specifications will be provided to the offerors that proceed to Phase 2

Two-step Design-Build (DB) Contract for the construction of a non-permanent modular billeting facility for 5,500 personnel in the Life Support Area (LSA) of Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB). The modular-buildings shall be insulated and weatherproof steel frame structures with factory finished metal panels with split-type AC units. This project will also include the ecessary grading, and new transformer installation. Due to space limitations, it is anticipate that the modular buildings will be stacked two (2) building high to include the necessary structural support, stairs, and other accessibility requirements as needed.
