Description

This MATOC will support work assigned to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Northwestern Division and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 2, for hazardous, toxic and radioactive waste (HTRW) remediation projects for both civilian and military agencies of the Federal Government.

The USACE, Kansas City District (NWK) is soliciting feedback from industry regrading the acquisition approach prior to posting the solicitation for the subject requirement. Industry input concerning this solicitation shall be submitted via ProjNet at www. projnet.org/projnet using bidder inquiry key P3J56G CVE6QY. No questions will be answered at this time. Any industry input not received via ProjNet will not be considered. The Government will take into consideration all input received prior to finalizing the acquisition approach and evaluation criteria.

Information Regarding ProjNet:

1. To submit comments, the firm will need to be a current registered user. To self-register, go to the aforementioned web page and click "register". Select "USACE" as the Agency. Then, select "Contractor" as the Site. Then, enter the required information to complete the registration.

2. Firms will receive an acknowledgement of their comment(s) via email.

This special notice is for industry input only and IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, nor does it restict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of comments to this notice.

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Northwestern Division, in collaboration with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 2, is initiating a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to support hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste (HTRW) remediation projects for both civilian and military agencies of the Federal Government.
