Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to post responses to questions and highlight changes in the PWS and Solicitation. There will NOT be a due date extentsion. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment to extend the proposal date 15 Oct 2024 to 4 Nov 2024 due to delays in providing responses to questions recieved. Please see attached Amendment

This is a non-personal services contract to provide IT & Support Services at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) Directorate of Public Works. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform IT & Support Services at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) Directorate of Public Works (DPW) as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

Background
This contract is issued by the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington. The DPW operates and maintains all facilities and utilities at JBLM and the Yakima Training Center, including buildings, roads, utility systems, grounds maintenance, and environmental resources.

The mission of the DPW IT department is to provide critical IT services that enable efficient completion of its mission, including hardware, software procurement, cybersecurity, help desk support, database management, and GIS/CAD support.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary to perform IT & Support Services at JBLM DPW. Specific tasks include:
- Cybersecurity for DPW server systems and common user equipment.
- Hardware support for desktop computers, printers, scanners.
- Software support for various applications.
- User management for DPW systems.
- Operation of an IT Help Desk to receive requests via phone, email, and walk-in.
- GIS Services to assist with geographical data management.
- CAD Services for drafting and design support.

The contractor will also ensure compliance with the Risk Management Framework as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) paragraphs 5.1 through 5.10.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 12 months with options for additional periods extending up to a total of approximately 11.5 years.
