The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award on a Firm Fixed Price basis for DOTES Mounting Blocks. See attached Request for Quote document for additional details.

Q1.) Item #2 on the print calls out for PIN, STRAIGHT, HEADLESS (.1875 DIA. X .625 LG.)

The military specification called out MS16555-640 is a 416 stainless steel pin McMaster part number 98380A832 with certifications.

The McMaster part number on the print is 97395A465 which is a 316 stainless steel pin.

Which one do you want?

A1.) Proceed with using McMaster part number 98380A832.

Q2.) Is there a color preference on the POLYCARBONATE ROD?

A2.) Require clear Polycarbonate Rod.

Q3.) If awarded, could we get a STEP (.stp) file of the part?

Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking to award a contract for DOTES Mounting Blocks on a Firm Fixed Price basis.
