The United States Marshals Service (USMS) is seeking a contractor to provide electronic security system (ESS) services as part of their National Physical Security Program (NPSP). The objective of the contract is to create an efficient support organization to meet the USMS's requirements for ESS repair, on-demand services, inventory management, preventive maintenance, program management, and quality control. The contract will be awarded for a base period of one year with four option periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and services to manage and perform the tasks outlined in the contract. The contractor must also comply with USMS design specifications and use the Government Information Management System (IMS) to track and manage service requests.

The scope of work includes repair services for ESS devices, on-demand services for day-to-day operations, inventory management, preventive maintenance, program management office support, and transition in/out services.
