Solicitation Amendment 0009:

The purpose of this solicitation amendment 0009 is to remove a revoked clause from the solicitation body.

Solicitation Amendment 0008:

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to revise the solicitation body and provide responses to questions received after the release of Amendment 0007.

Solicitation Amendment 0007:

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to revise the solicitation body and extend the due date for receipt of proposals.

Solicitation Amendment 0006:

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to provide responses to follow-up questions and comments received after the release of Amendment 0005. Due to the unique nature of some of the questions received, the Department of Energy determined it was beneficial to the Government to provide responses to those questions.

Solicitation Amendment 0005:

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to provide responses to questions and comments received after the release of amendment 0004, and to extend the due date for receipt of proposals. Due to the unique nature of some of the questions received, the Department of Energy determined it was beneficial to the Government to provide responses to those questions.

Solicitation Amendment 0004:

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to revise the solicitation body, revise Attachment J-2, provide a fully revised Attachment L-7, and provide responses to questions and comments received after the release of Amendment 0003.

Solicitation Amendment 0003:

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to revise the solicitation body, revise several attachments, and provide responses to questions received after July 22, 2020.

Solicitation Amendment 0002:

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to provide responses to questions received as of
July 22, 2020, and revise the solicitation body and several attachments.

Solicitation Amendment 0001:

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the due date for receipt of proposals, provide more time for the submission of questions, and provide responses to questions received as of July 17, 2020.
