DoDEA-K-12 Visual Arts Resource and Professional Learning Platform

Background
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is responsible for providing education to military-connected students across the globe. For the school year 2024-25, DoDEA will operate 161 schools serving over 67,000 students.

The agency aims to enhance its K-12 visual arts education through a comprehensive resource and professional learning platform that aligns with national standards and supports teachers in delivering innovative arts education. This contract will replace existing web-based curriculum resources that are set to expire in 2025.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a K-12 Visual Arts Resource Subscription that includes:
1. Comprehensive curriculum materials tailored for K-12 visual arts education.
2. Teacher-specific tools aimed at improving art education.
3. Professional development opportunities including product training and technical support.
4. A virtual professional learning subscription that offers differentiated, on-demand educational content in visual arts pedagogy.
5. Access to asynchronous courses, webinars, and digital modules designed to enhance arts education.
6. The platform must be commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) and accessible to all K-12 arts educators across DoDEA's schools.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a potential duration of five years, consisting of a one-year base period followed by four one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed worldwide at various DoDEA school locations.
