DoD Notice to Airmen Systems (NOTAMS)

This requirement is for the Department of Defense (DoD) Notice to Airmen Systems (NOTAMS). The Contractor shall provide the necessary labor, materials, and transportation in support of development, operations, and maintenance for Defense Aeronautical Information Portal (DAIP) Aeronautical Information (AI) requirements, schedule, and deliverables. DAIP is the DoD authoritative data source for secure AI data services for the Aviation Community. DAIP is for flight operation use and complies with Defense Information System Agency (DISA)security standards, DODI 8500.00 series requirements, CJCI 6200.00 series standards, 24th AF Secure Gateway procedures, DISA NIPRNet Federated Gateway (NFG) standards and interfaces with FAA System Wide Information Management (SWIM) system and supports FAA security requirements for data transport. DAIP provides improved business processes through utilization of modern information technologies and ensures inter-operability between DoD and other Government agencies. The Government intends to award a hybrid task order via GSA's OASIS Unrestricted Pool 1, NAICS code 541690 Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services. The services required are Non-Commercial in nature. This is a competitive fair opportunity selection conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 16.505(b)(1).
