DoD EMPLOYEE BENEFITS SOFTWARE RENEWAL FOR DoD CONSORTIUM A1 DTA

The Department of Defense (DoD) Consortium is seeking to renew the employee benefits software used by all DoD agencies. The purpose of this collaboration is to centralize the software renewal process and take advantage of large quantity pricing. The contractor will be responsible for providing employee benefits software subscription and support, including access to the software and telephonic technical support for updates, upgrades, and revisions. The period of performance for this contract is one base year with two option years. The work will be performed at a location to be determined, with the possibility of telework if approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

Notable aspects of this opportunity include the large scale of the project, as it involves supporting over 800K employees across the DoD. Additionally, the contractor will need to develop and maintain an effective Quality Control Program (QCP) to ensure that all work complies with the requirements of the contract. The contractor will also be responsible for managing Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Government Furnished Property (GFP), as well as ensuring physical security measures are in place to safeguard all government equipment, information, and property provided for Contractor use.
