This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is N40085-22-Q-2511 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2020-08, effective July 14, 2020 and DFARS DPN 20200605, effective June 05, 2020. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 561990 and the Small Business Standard is $12 million. Please identify your business size in your response based on this standard. This procurement is classified as 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside decision.

Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MID-LANT), Norfolk, Virginia requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: Shredding services at Building Z-140 and Z-144 in support of NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic at Naval Station Norfolk in Norfolk, VA. This procurement will be issued as and IDIQ contract with pre-priced CLINs. The contract will be issued for a base period of one (1) year and will include four (4) one-year option period, collectively not to exceed sixty (60) months.
