This is amendment FA670323R00010007. The purpose of this amendment is to revise SF33, and attachments 19, Section L Proposal Instructions 20230710, attachment 20, Section M Evaluation Basis for Award, and attachment 28, Question and Answer Worksheet 20230710. All other items remains the same. Proposal due date remains Friday, 14 July 2023 at 3:00 EDT.

NOTES:

• The updated attachment dates are inclusive of any revisions from previous versions.
• Proposals shall be submitted via the solicitation module in PIEE. The solicitation in PIEE is restricted; therefore, only those Offerors who requested their cage code added to the solicitation in PIEE may view and submit proposals. Offerors are to submit requests to Government POCs requesting their Cage Code is added to the solicitation in PIEE. See Attachment 19, paragraph L1.13, "Proposals submitted by e-mail, mail or hand carried will not be evaluated. Proposals sent through proprietary or third-party File Transfer Protocol (FTP) sites or DoD SAFE will not be retrieved."
• In order to submit proposals, offerors should have registered a Proposal Manager in PIEE. Instructions are in Attachment 26, Site Visit Portfolio, or visit https://dodprocurementtoolbox.com.
• The timeframe for questions was May 30, 2023. Government reserves the right to respond to any other questions submitted after that date.
