DLA Land & Maritime Delinquency Support Services

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land & Maritime has a requirement for Delinquency Support Services. DLA's mission is to deliver readiness and lethality to the Warfighter always and to support the nation through quality and proactive global logistics. The agency intends to procure these services as an 8(a) direct award to Onyx Strategic Solutions (CAGE 8BAR0).

Work Details
The contractor will support DLA Land and Maritime, Maritime Supplier Operations (FM) office by performing the following tasks:

1. Inventory and categorize delinquent contracts that have passed the delivery date by 30 days or more.
2. Research and resolve issues related to delinquent contracts.
3. Conduct intra-agency and extra-agency coordination as necessary.
4. Participate in internal and external meetings to gather requirements or present results.
5. Engage in 'Think Tank' sessions to identify process improvements not outlined in the PWS.

The contractor is responsible for ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completion of all tasks, including:
- Accessing, ingesting, integrating, and analyzing data from various sources to assist with resolving delinquencies.
- Reviewing and resolving PAR workload according to existing policies.
- Conducting root cause analysis with vendors to reduce delinquency rates.
- Providing monthly reports on resolved delinquency requests, including observations from workload analysis.
