Background
The solicitation is for DLA J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) 2.0. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Information Operations J6 is the Agency’s knowledge broker, providing comprehensive, best practice Information Technology (IT) support to the Department of Defense (DOD) and DLA Business Community resulting in high quality information systems, customer support, efficient and economical computing, data management, electronic business, and telecommunications services.

Work Details
The contract requires a full range of IT services, technical and management expertise that support applications, software, hardware, infrastructure, systems, and research and development across the DLA IT Enterprise. It includes operations support; application support; full lifecycle support for solutions and services; system administration for specified IT assets; network and telecom services; technology services; enterprise service delivery; defense business system life cycle management; lifecycle program support services; cybersecurity support services; program/project management support; enterprise support services; technical support; cloud hosting services; data and information governance analytics services; modernization of application hosting environments.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a potential ten-year period with a base period of five years and a five-year option period.

Place of Performance
The place of performance for these tasks is within the DLA Headquarter complex located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia as well as satellite offices in and around the Northern Virginia/Washington D.C. metro area and DOD locations both CONUS and OCONUS.
