Background
The solicitation is for DLA Distribution, Corpus Christi, Texas (DDCT) Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Hazardous Material (HM) Services for Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD). The contract is a hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), and Cost Reimbursement (CR) No fee type contract, with a base period of one year and four one-year options. The place of performance is at CCAD.

Work Details
The services to be performed include providing labor to support all tasks in the Performance Work Statement. The contractor is responsible for ensuring performance meets or exceeds Acceptable Performance Levels as identified in Technical Exhibit 5.9. The contractor must provide analysis and information to the government if one or more Acceptable Performance Levels are not met.
Additionally, the contractor must adhere to various reporting requirements and comply with billing instructions using the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system for electronic invoicing.

Period of Performance
The period of performance consists of a one-year base period and four, one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for the contract performance is at Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) in Corpus Christi, Texas.
