Background

The maintenance must be performed by an OEM Factory trained and certified technician. Work Details
The contractor is required to perform the following tasks:

1. Provide proof of OEM Factory Technician certification and experience in maintaining SEM devices.
2. Conduct all preventative maintenance as outlined in the technical manual for the SEM Model 23 Disintegrator.
3. Replace blades if necessary and provide blade sharpening services.
4. Generate a report after each visit detailing all work performed, including any replacement parts needed.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed annually, with maintenance services to be performed once each year.
