The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to answer questions received from prospective Offerors. The Offeror must acknowledge receipt of Amendment #01 that was published on 14 SEP 2017 and this amendment, #02, by of the methods notied in block 11 of the amendment (Standard Form 30) included with this posting or by direct email to the Contracting Office's primary point of contact noted in the solicitation. All other items remain unchanged. This amendment does not extend the hour nor date specified for receipt of offers (proposals).

The George C. Marshall European Security Studies Center's Contracting Office in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany solicits Offerors to provide a commercial dining services proposal.

Complete details of this Request for Proposal (RFP) are outlined in the attached solicitation and its attachments and exhibits.

Proposals are due at the local time, Friday, 13 October 2017, as shown in Block 8 of the attached solicitation (SF1449). Prospective Offerors shall email their proposals to the Contracting Office's primary point of contact, Mr. Steven Dyer at steven.dyer@marshallcenter.org.

A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be conducted at Artillery Kaserne, Breitenauerstr. 16, Bldg. 263, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany on Thursday, September 28th, 2017 at 09:30a.m, local time. This conference will be held for the benefit of prospective Offerors for familiarization purposes of the Dining Facility. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but highly encouraged.

Reference the Addendum to FAR Provision 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items) included in this solicitation for additional information and instructions.
